The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters has officially launched its recruitment campaign for the 2026 edition, offering more than 100 temporary positions to support the organisation of one of the most prestigious tournaments on the ATP Masters 1000 calendar.
Held annually at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, the tournament mobilises over 800 event professionals each year to ensure its smooth operation. Roles available include stewards, ushers, reception staff, and catering personnel.
Recruitment is overseen by Adecco, the tournament’s official recruitment partner since 2003. As part of a broader national campaign to fill 1,700 positions across major sporting events in 2026, Adecco is dedicating approximately 100 roles specifically to the Monaco tournament.
Applications are now open via Adecco’s official website. Recruitment is being managed by the group’s Côte d’Azur agencies and its Monaco subsidiary.
