Bal de la Rose 2026 Returns to Monte Carlo for a Night of Glamour and Charity

Monaco is set to host one of its most iconic social and philanthropic events of the year, the Bal de la Rose, on Saturday, 21 March 2026. Established in 1954 by Princess Grace of Monaco, the annual gala combines high society glamour with a strong charitable mission, supporting the Princess Grace Foundation’s humanitarian and philanthropic initiatives.

The 2026 edition will take place in the prestigious Salle des Étoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo, under the artistic direction entrusted by Her Royal Highness The Princess of Hanover. Guests will be immersed in a spectacular themed décor, brought to life by renowned artists who shape the event’s creative and dreamlike atmosphere. The gala opens its doors at 20:00, with a black tie dress code for an elegant evening of festivity.

Far from being solely a social gathering, the Bal de la Rose is internationally recognised as a major charitable occasion. Since 1964, all proceeds and exceptional prizes—including sculptures and artworks—have been donated to the Princess Grace Foundation, which supports people and children in need through a range of humanitarian projects.

Presided over by H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince Albert II and H.R.H. Princess Caroline of Hanover, the Rose Ball attracts elite guests from Monaco and around the world, maintaining its reputation as a highlight of the international social calendar. For one evening, the Principality is transformed with radiance and glamour, continuing the Monte-Carlo legend that has made the event a symbol of elegance and philanthropy.
