Oliver Solberg Becomes Youngest-Ever Winner of the Monte-Carlo Rally

History was written on the roads of the Principality as Oliver Solberg secured victory at the 94th Rallye Monte-Carlo, becoming the youngest winner in the event’s long and prestigious history at just 24 years old.

The Swedish driver delivered an impressive performance across the demanding rally stages, which included snow-covered mountain passes, icy conditions, and dry asphalt sections closer to the Mediterranean coast. His consistency and pace throughout the competition allowed him to finish ahead of several experienced drivers including Elfyn Evans and nine-time Monte-Carlo Rally champion Sébastien Ogier.

The Rallye Monte-Carlo remains one of the most iconic events in the FIA World Rally Championship calendar. First organised in 1911, the event traditionally begins and ends in Monaco and is renowned for its unpredictable conditions and challenging Alpine terrain.

Solberg’s victory marks a historic milestone for the championship and adds another memorable chapter to the legendary motorsport heritage of the Principality.
