Informa has acquired Art Monte-Carlo, integrating the fair into its Informa Prestige luxury division. The move strengthens Monaco’s role as a strategic hub within Informa’s global portfolio of high-end cultural and lifestyle events.
Informa, the international events and digital services group, has completed the acquisition of Art Monte-Carlo, further expanding its portfolio of premium luxury and cultural events in the Principality.
Art Monte-Carlo, founded in 2016 and held annually at the Grimaldi Forum, now becomes part of Informa Prestige, the Group’s dedicated luxury and lifestyle division. The transaction reinforces Informa’s long-term commitment to Monaco, where it already owns and operates Monaco Yacht Show, Top Marques Monaco and BOAT International.
The acquisition strengthens Informa’s strategic positioning in high-end branded experiences, with Monaco serving as a central hub within its global luxury portfolio. Art Monte-Carlo complements the Group’s international art platforms, including Art Miami and Untitled Art.
The fair will continue under its existing management team, with expanded operational support from Informa’s international infrastructure.
