Summary
The world’s oldest car rally, the Rallye Monte-Carlo, will take place from 18 to 25 January 2026, starting and finishing in Monaco’s Casino Square. Seventeen stages will challenge drivers across mountainous terrain, including the debut of the La Bréole – Bellaffaire stage.
The Rallye Monte-Carlo, the world’s oldest car rally, will take place from 18 to 25 January 2026, starting and finishing in Monaco’s Casino Square, in front of the iconic Monte Carlo Casino. The event was first organized in 1911 by Prince Albert I of Monaco to promote Monte-Carlo as a tourist destination.
The rally route covers seventeen stages over the course of the week, beginning with a challenging 38-mile opening stage and featuring the debut of the La Bréole – Bellaffaire stage on Saturday. The final day will be longer than previous years, offering drivers and spectators a thrilling conclusion to the event. After leaving Monaco, the route traverses mountainous terrain to the north-west before returning to Monaco.
