Edmond de Rothschild Monaco is celebrating 40 years in the Principality with a spectacular move to its new flagship location, Villa Valentina, near Place d’Armes. CEO Gérard Ohresser explains that the post-modern Belle Époque building, spanning 5,300 m² across seven floors and three basements, is ideally suited to accommodate the bank’s growing private banking, asset management, and insurance activities.
The new premises will feature modern workspaces, 150 Wi-Fi points, 16 client lounges, a seventh-floor bar and dining area, and sustainability credentials in line with Monaco’s Mediterranean building standards (BD2M). The relocation, scheduled from 15 June to 30 July 2026, allows all 250 Monaco-based employees to work together under one roof and enhances access for the bank’s predominantly local yet internationally diverse clientele.
The move coincides with the bank’s 40th anniversary in Monaco, with a formal inauguration planned for September 2026.
