Summary
Lucas Dubois has officially taken the helm of Monaco’s JCE, with a 2026 agenda focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and territorial attractiveness, including the launch of the new Monaco Junior Impact programme for young professionals.
Monaco, 2026 – Lucas Dubois has assumed the presidency of the Junior Chamber of Economic Development (JCE), bringing a renewed focus on empowering young professionals to shape the Principality’s economic future.
Dubois, who joined the JCE in 2022, has been inspired by the organisation’s long-standing impact in promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic attractiveness in Monaco. His presidency marks the final year of a three-year strategic plan, now refined around three central pillars: innovation, entrepreneurship, and territorial attractiveness.
A key priority for 2026 is to reinforce the JCE as a laboratory of ideas for the 18–40 age group, encouraging members to contribute to public debate, economic development, and innovative initiatives through open dialogue, collective thinking, and practical proposals.
Building on existing programmes such as the business creation competition and the Inspire event, the JCE will launch a new flagship initiative this year: Monaco Junior Impact. The programme invites students and young professionals to design and deliver a social, environmental, or charitable project, with the winning initiative financed and implemented by the JCE.
In parallel, the long-running Grain d’Entrepreneur programme will become an independent association, reflecting its growth and maturity while maintaining strong ties with the JCE.
Dubois also encouraged young professionals to engage with the organisation, describing the JCE as a platform for networking, personal growth, collaboration, and meaningful contribution to Monaco’s economic and social development.
