Monaco Mayor Georges Marsan addressed members of the press at City Hall on Monday, 19 January, highlighting the municipality’s achievements in 2025 and outlining major projects scheduled for 2026.

Among last year’s key developments were the full renovation of the Marc-César Scotto Auditorium, upgrades to the Prince Rainier III Academy of Music, and the opening of the Caroline Media Library in the Pasteur district, offering public access to more than 200,000 cultural and multimedia resources.

Looking ahead, the municipality confirmed the reopening of the Exotic Garden at the end of March, the launch of renovation works at the Condamine Market Hall, and the summer reopening of Espace Lamartine. A new performance venue, “Live by Léo Ferré,” is scheduled to open in September, alongside the launch of a new municipal daycare centre later in the year.

Mayor Marsan reaffirmed the city’s commitment to community services, cultural development, and quality-of-life improvements, while thanking municipal staff for their continued contribution to public service.
