The new Monte-Carlo SBM Academy expands professional development opportunities at the group's Monaco headquarters.

MONACO — October 5, 2026 — Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has opened two new facilities for employees at its Aigue-Marine headquarters in Monaco. The new Monte-Carlo SBM Academy provides dedicated training facilities covering 226 square metres and includes three training rooms capable of welcoming up to 40 employees at a time. The academy expands on the group's existing My SBM Academy e-learning platform and introduces additional professional training categories delivered by internal teams and external specialists. Some programmes are certified by the EHL Hospitality Business School, including a new Trainer in Practical Arts programme designed to prepare future in-house trainers. Alongside the academy, SBM has opened Espace Marie Blanc, a new 327-square-metre staff restaurant with 113 seats, dining areas and a lounge. The two facilities form part of SBM's broader focus on employee development and wellbeing across its Monaco operations.
