AS Monaco Opens Exhibition Celebrating Two Championship Generations
Thirty historic shirts are now displayed at Stade Louis-II marking the 1997 and 2017 French title victories.
MONACO — August 30, 2026 — AS Monaco is celebrating two landmark championship seasons with a new exhibition of historic and match-worn shirts at Stade Louis-II.
The exhibition commemorates 30 years since the club’s 1997 French championship triumph and 10 years since the 2017 Ligue 1 title.
A total of 30 shirts are displayed in the stadium’s Salon d’Honneur, with 13 associated with the 1996–97 championship campaign and 17 representing the 2016–17 title-winning generation.
Among the pieces are shirts connected with some of the club’s most memorable players and European campaigns.
The collection includes a shirt worn during Monaco’s 2016–17 Champions League run and a rare blue shirt associated with Thierry Henry’s two-goal performance against Cannes during the 1997 title-winning season.
The exhibition offers supporters an opportunity to revisit two important periods in AS Monaco history through original sporting memorabilia.
The display will remain in place at the Salon d’Honneur at Stade Louis-II until the end of the 2026–27 season.
