European Heritage Days Open 48 Sites Across Monaco

The Principality opens the Prince's Palace State Apartments, Monte-Carlo Casino and other remarkable sites to the public.

MONACO — October 7, 2026 — Monaco is opening forty-eight sites to the public on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2026 to mark the European Heritage Days in the Principality. From the State Apartments of the Prince's Palace and the Monaco Scientific Centre to the Monte-Carlo Casino, visitors can discover or rediscover the country's cultural heritage. The Prince's Government has implemented sustainable mobility solutions for the occasion, including free bus travel, a special flat daily parking rate of €9 at selected car parks, and the Citymapper and Monapass apps to facilitate movement around the Principality. The 31st European Heritage Days in Monaco reflect the theme “Heritage in Peril: Revive, Resist, Reinvent”, highlighting threats facing tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
