Monaco Expands Music for All Programme Across Kindergartens

MONACO — September 11, 2026 — Monaco has expanded its Music for All programme to every Grande Section kindergarten class for the 2026–2027 school year. The initiative follows a pilot programme conducted during the previous academic year and will now provide children across the Principality with regular music sessions. Each class will receive a weekly 45-minute session led by a specialist school music educator. Activities will focus on musical discovery, listening, sound exploration and collective practice. The programme is being delivered in partnership with the Rainier III Academy and Monaco's education and municipal authorities. Officials say the initiative is designed to make musical education more accessible to young children while encouraging creativity, expression and cooperation. The expansion adds a new element to Monaco's educational and cultural programme for young residents.
