Monaco's CHPG Hospital Opens New Pediatric Wing with Advanced Neonatal Care
The new facility will provide state-of-the-art care for premature infants and expand pediatric services for families.

MONACO — October 31, 2026 — The Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace (CHPG) has officially opened a new pediatric wing, featuring advanced neonatal intensive care facilities and expanded services for children and families in Monaco and the surrounding region.
The new wing includes a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) equipped with the latest monitoring and life-support technology, private family rooms, and a dedicated pediatric emergency area. It also houses a play therapy room designed to reduce stress for young patients during treatment.
The expansion is part of a multi-year investment in Monaco's healthcare infrastructure and will increase the hospital's pediatric capacity by 40%.
"This new wing represents our commitment to providing the highest standard of care for our youngest patients," said the hospital's director. "Families in Monaco can now access world-class pediatric services closer to home."
The new wing is now accepting patients, with an official public open day scheduled for November 15, 2026.
