Young Performers Take Centre Stage at Monaco’s Théâtre des Muses

MONACO — August 30, 2026 — Young performers have taken over the stage at Monaco’s Théâtre des Muses as part of a series of summer improvisation workshops designed to encourage creativity and confidence. During the week-long sessions, children worked without a traditional script, developing their own characters and constructing a performance collectively. Actress Audrey La Rosa guided participants through exercises focused on imagination, communication and self-expression. The workshops encouraged children to listen to one another, contribute ideas and understand their role within a group while preparing for a final performance before an audience. The programme highlights the educational value of theatre beyond acting itself, helping participants become more comfortable speaking publicly and expressing their ideas. The initiative forms part of the Théâtre des Muses’ cultural activities and gives younger members of the community an opportunity to discover performing arts in a professional theatre environment.
